How to Play Stargate
Quick start
Press START, choose Skill mode and difficulty in the hall, then press START through the map. Move a piece around the ring with Left/Right, flip with 2 and drop with 1. Begin by stacking three matching symbols.
Controls
Left/Right: move the falling tile around the gate. 2: flip its visible symbol. 1: drop tile. START: begin/advance and pause during play. In the options, Up/Down chooses an entry and Left/Right changes its value.
Stargate — About this game
Stargate for Game Gear is a falling-tile puzzle built around a circular gate. Guide each double-sided piece around the ring and flip it to expose the symbol you need. Stacking three identical symbols clears them, but completing the seven-symbol address offers several routes, including arrangements around the ring or in a column. The next two pieces help you plan before the stack grows too high. Skill mode lets you work on your own board; Battle adds opposing tiles and a map where victory can change nearby gates. Use wild cards, diggers and smart bombs to recover awkward positions, and choose a placement that keeps the required symbols available rather than simply hiding an unwanted piece.
