How to Play Street Hero
Quick start
Begin from the title menu and approach the first opponent slowly. Use left/right to adjust your distance, try buttons 1 and 2 separately and step back between attacks. Clear the current encounter before advancing farther along the street.
Controls
Left/right: move and face an opponent. Buttons 1 and 2: combat actions. Combine the direction of approach with an attack, and release between presses to judge the move’s reach.
Street Hero — About this game
Street Hero is the unreleased Game Gear localization of Janggun-ui Adeul, a street-fighting action game. Advance through each encounter by controlling the distance to approaching opponents and striking when they enter your reach. Moving forward without watching the next enemy can leave you caught at close quarters; a short retreat gives room to face the attack again. Learn the response of the two action buttons against an ordinary opponent before rushing into a group. The surviving prototype editions preserve a planned US release rather than a finished retail edition. Their focus remains direct hand-to-hand action, with careful positioning more useful than constant button presses.
