How to Play Super Space Invaders
Quick start
Start a one-player game on easy while learning. Move left/right, fire with 1 and use 2 for a collected special weapon. Aim at the saucer when safe, but keep the descending formation from reaching the bottom.
Controls
Left/right: move base. Up/down: menu choices. 1: normal fire/change options. 2: available special weapon. START: start/pause/resume; 1/2 can also start during the startup sequence.
Super Space Invaders — About this game
Super Space Invaders expands the fixed-screen shooting battle with new formations, saucer rewards and tough guardians. Move the base sideways to find a firing lane while keeping a gap from falling shots. The basic gun allows only one shot on screen, so a missed long-range attempt can leave you waiting for another chance. Shoot the saucer for special firepower and use the second button when that weapon is available. Bonus cattle-rescue rounds change the objective, while guardians require you to discover a weak point. Learn each wave’s movement instead of assuming every formation follows the same rhythm.
