How to Play T2 - The Arcade Game
Quick start
Press START at the title. Move the sight with the pad, fire the machine gun with 1 and use 2 for heavy weapons. Let the gun cool between bursts and collect ammunition before tougher targets arrive.
Controls
Pad: move the sight. 1: machine gun. 2: rockets in mission 1, shotgun or collected grenade-launcher weapon in mission 2. START: pause/resume. Machine-gun ammunition is unlimited, but heat reduces its effectiveness; heavy ammunition is limited.

T2: The Arcade Game on Game Gear puts you behind an on-screen sight rather than moving a platform character. Sweep the crosshair between incoming threats and fire before they overwhelm the scene. The future mission takes the battle to Skynet; the present-day mission targets Cyberdyne and the T-1000. Your machine gun has unlimited ammunition but loses efficiency as it heats up, so short breaks matter. Rockets in the future and a shotgun in the present provide heavier damage with limited stocks. Shoot useful pickups and reserve heavy shots for targets that justify their cost. Protecting the people or vehicles tied to a mission can be more urgent than clearing every enemy at the edges.
