Tails Adventure builds its action around exploration and equipment rather than a race to the finish. Tails starts with a normal bomb, but item boxes gradually expand the routes he can reach and the attacks he can use. Something inaccessible on an early visit can become reachable after finding a tool elsewhere, so remember blocked passages and return with a different loadout. At Tails House, choose up to four items to take and check the password used to continue later. Flying helps cross gaps, but the flight-power gauge limits how long Tails can stay airborne; watch it before leaving safe ground. The Sea Tail gives access to water areas that Tails cannot enter alone, with its own equipment preparation. Pause to select your current item, use bombs deliberately and treat each newly found tool as a reason to explore familiar ground again.
