How to Play Wheel of Fortune
Quick start
Skip the credits with 1. Choose the total number of contestants, including computer players, then choose how many are computer-controlled. Enter each human name and select END. Pick a character. On your first turn, select SPIN and press 1, then press 1 to spin the wheel.
Controls
D-pad: move the cursor and select letters/options. 1: confirm a choice, advance screens, spin or skip the wheel screen; stops letter choice in the bonus round. 2: delete an error during name entry. START: pause/resume.
Wheel of Fortune — About this game
Wheel of Fortune featuring Vanna White brings the television word game to Game Gear. Read the category and use the revealed letters to work out the hidden answer. On a turn you can spin for a consonant, buy a vowel or attempt to solve the puzzle. Buying a vowel costs $250 from the current round’s winnings, so a promising guess still needs careful money management. The decision timer keeps turns moving: study the visible pattern before your turn arrives, then choose an action promptly. Setup lets you divide the contestants between human and computer players. Recognising a likely phrase is only the start; enter the answer carefully instead of rushing through a word you think you know.
