How to Play World Cup 94
Quick start
Select a language with directions and 1 or 2, then open Practice from the main menu. With the ball, 2 passes and 1 shoots. Without it, 1 slides and 2 block-tackles. START opens pause options.
Controls
Directions: move/aim/menu; after a kick, bend the ball. 1: shoot/long kick or sliding tackle. 2: pass or block tackle. Ball Trap ON: hold 2 to turn, release to pass. Menus: 1/2 confirm. START: pause/options.
World Cup 94 — About this game
World Cup USA 94 gives the Game Gear player both official and customized World Cup routes alongside practice and password access. Start in practice to learn how passing differs from shooting and how a block tackle differs from a sliding challenge. After a shot, direction input can bend the ball in flight. With Ball Trap enabled, holding the pass button lets your player turn before releasing the pass. These small choices help create space without rushing every possession. Set pieces also allow a selected receiver, rewarding a plan before the ball returns to play.
