How to Play WWF Wrestlemania - Steel Cage Challenge
Quick start
Press 1 or 2 to open selection. Use directions and START for mode, format and difficulty; choose wrestler with 1 or 2. Start with regular singles. 2 punches, 1 kicks, 1+2 runs or grapples nearby. Down+2 pins a fallen opponent.
Controls
Directions: move. 1: standing kick. 2: standing punch; near partner tag. 1+2: run/close grapple. In advantaged grapple: 1 headbutt, 2 slam. Down+2: pin. Cage: while rival down, walk into wall and tap up to climb. START: menu selection/pause.

WWF Wrestlemania - Steel Cage Challenge puts ten WWF wrestlers into singles, tag and championship challenges on Game Gear. A regular bout rewards damage followed by a full three-count; the cage adds a second route to victory. Knock your opponent down, approach the cage and climb while they are unable to stop you, or finish with a pin. Grapples, running attacks and turnbuckle moves create different openings, but a powerful opponent can regain control. Begin on easy difficulty and learn the difference between an attack from standing and the same button used in a hold.
