How to Play Ginga no Sannin

Quick start

After first choosing a name, listen to information at the Earth Forces Station, arrange supplies, and head to a nearby target. While traveling in space, press A to open the command, check the coordinates and destination, and then decide. In battle, you usually use beams and use missiles to target hard enemies and bases. You can definitely escape from a dangerous encounter with a quick attack, but it will consume HP, so avoid using it repeatedly. On planets and shelters, you can stabilize the early stages by talking to residents, examining walls and devices, and using the uranium you obtain to replenish missiles and energy.

Controls

Cross button: Move character, move command cursor, select characters for name and password. A button: speak/search, open command menu, select item, send message. B button: Cancel command, return to previous screen. START: Decide start/continue on the title screen. In battle, use the cross button to select beams, missiles, items, jumps, etc., and press A to execute.

Ginga no Sannin — About this game

"Galaxy Three" is a SF command RPG that is a reconfiguration of the PC RPG "Earth Warrior Liza". The protagonist and his comrade Blue, who ride the Earth Army's last humanoid mecha, "Liza," travel around the solar system occupied by the Garm aliens, destroying bases in various places and aiming for the enemy's mothership. In the middle of the story, Rimi, a girl who has lost her memory, joins the story, and the relationship between the three and the truth behind the war is depicted. In space, you move by specifying coordinates, and when you encounter an enemy, you move into a command battle where you choose beams, missiles, items, space-time jumps, etc. Exploring the planet, setting up underground shelters, exchanging weapons, and resupplying using uranium, information gathering and equipment updates are key to progress.
