This DS adventure offers Gintoki and Hijikata as separate leads, giving Kabukicho's incidents two perspectives. Explore the town for requests and collect Gintama items used to settle confrontations. Kenka items attack physically, while Kotodama items strike an opponent's spirit; choosing between them is the central battle decision. Read the effect and the opponent's condition before spending an item. Begin one protagonist's route, follow the first request and learn the two attack categories before chasing the full collection. Begin with the opening instructions and practice the main interaction before pursuing optional rewards. Read the current objective, make one deliberate choice and watch its effect before repeating it. A short first session makes it easier to separate a missed instruction from a difficult challenge. Return to the available menu when you need to check progress or adjust your approach, then continue from the next clear objective.
