How to Play Glory Days 2
Quick start
Choose Campaign and read the first mission order. Fly the helicopter to the civilians, land to collect them and return them to your base to earn resources. Practise safe landings before advancing: mission two introduces the plane and bunker attacks, and mission three adds deploying and carrying soldiers.
Controls
In touch mode, touch a destination to guide the aircraft; A fires the gun and B drops bombs. R opens the unit deployment screen and L uses a special weapon when available. SELECT changes aircraft while landed at base; START pauses. In Control Pad mode, the D-pad flies the aircraft, with A for the gun and B for bombs; specialised missile commands depend on aircraft and technology.
Glory Days 2 — About this game
Glory Days 2 combines side-view flying with a ground war that continues while you are in the air. You directly pilot a helicopter or plane, but victory also depends on soldiers capturing bunkers and tanks reaching the enemy command centre. Rescuing civilians and holding bunkers supply the resources needed to deploy units. The campaign introduces these jobs in order: helicopter rescue, plane attacks, then transporting soldiers to capture positions. The lower screen helps you monitor and manage the battlefield, while the upper screen shows the action. Returning to a friendly landing site repairs and rearms your aircraft, so a successful sortie includes both the attack and a safe journey home.
