How to Play Godzilla: The Series
Quick start
Press START for the main menu and START again for a new game. In Harbour City, use A to fire and B to strike with the tail. Adjust the head with Up/Down for targets at different heights and hold Left to block incoming danger. Learn the initial three abilities before expecting stomp, bite or claw attacks, which unlock through experience.
Controls
Godzilla moves forward automatically. Left blocks, Up/Down tilt the head, A fires and B uses the tail. After learning them, SELECT stomps, holding A with Right bites, and holding B with Right uses the claws. START pauses or skips story scenes. Attacks are limited by the available abilities and meters.

Harbour City begins the mission against the electrical Crackler, with fire, tail swipe and block as the initial abilities. Defeating enemies earns experience that improves attacks or unlocks new ones. Watch the fire and block meters as well as health: a powerful response is only useful when its resource is available. Vary attacks for different enemy positions and use a short period of defense to avoid taking every hit.
