How to Play Three Lions
Quick start
Choose a single match and select your team and opponent. Use the directional pad to move the active player. Try A and B kicks in open space to learn their range, then aim toward a teammate before approaching goal. Practise one match before a longer competition.
Controls
Use the directional pad to move the active footballer and aim play. A and B handle ball kicks and contextual football actions; practise their results with and without possession. START pauses the match. Menu choices use the directional pad and A, with B to return.
Three Lions — About this game
Begin with a single match to get used to the ball’s movement before taking on a longer competition. Build attacks from open space, aim toward a teammate and watch where the next touch will land. Near goal, position matters as much as the kick itself. When possession changes, move back between the attacker and your own goal instead of chasing the ball from behind.
