How to Play Golden Sun: The Lost Age
Quick start
Choose New Game, enter Felix’s name and, if desired, transfer cleared Golden Sun data before confirming the file. The adventure opens at Venus Lighthouse: guide Jenna and Kraden away from the collapsing area toward Idejima, talking and examining with A while the prologue introduces movement and battles. After Felix’s party takes over, explore the first settlements, gather Djinn and save regularly. Set Djinn to shape classes and Psynergy, but remember that an unleashed Djinni must recover after contributing to a summon.
Controls
D-Pad walks diagonally and navigates menus. Hold B while moving to run; B also cancels and advances messages. A speaks, examines, opens field commands and confirms. L/R trigger assigned Psynergy shortcuts; R also displays the world map outside locations and status during battle. SELECT opens field commands and START opens pause. In turn-based battle use D-Pad+A to choose Fight, Psynergy, Djinn, Summon, items or Defend, and B to back out before confirming.
