How to Play Guru Guru
Quick start
Choose an apprentice and familiar, then enter the first course. Watch its opening pan, locate the goal and select an available move. Try a controlled throw, inspect the landing and adjust the next attempt's power or ability.
Controls
Select a move or magical option, inspect its displayed effect, then use the stylus to build the familiar's throw power and fling it toward the target. Read its landing and obstacles before the next attempt; character and familiar choices change how you plan the route.
Guru Guru — About this game
Guru Guru replaces a golf ball with a magical familiar and presents the course from the side. An apprentice's move options and the chosen creature give you more to consider than distance alone. Inspect the course pan, locate the goal and obstacles, then choose a magical move before building throw power with the stylus and flinging the familiar. The landing becomes the basis of the next attempt. Begin with the early course and an ordinary, controlled throw, learn one available ability's effect and seek a safe route to the goal in fewer attempts rather than repeatedly using maximum force.
