Start the story, read what happened to the family's belongings and follow the first leads. Learn the battle menu in the opening encounters, then try conversation with a suitable creature. Check its response before repeating the approach.
Controls
Use the D-pad for movement and command selection. A talks, examines and confirms, while B cancels or returns. Choose attacks, conversation, items and party commands from the displayed menus and review the target before confirming.
