How to Play Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Games
Quick start
Start a new file, complete the Player Card, then choose Tournament. Day 1 opens with Prince Bo introducing the four teams; after the ceremony, follow Bijou to the Stadium, speak to Howdy and choose Tutorial or Practice before Enter for the 100hm Dash. Each event has its own prompted actions, so use the tutorial once and check Schedule from START rather than guessing. Winning medals across seven days is the main objective, while Free Play unlocks after finishing a tournament.
Controls
The D-Pad moves Hamtaro or the cursor; hold B while moving to run. A talks, picks up or moves objects and confirms choices. B cancels or returns from a menu. START opens the menu with Schedule, Results and Quit. Event controls vary and are shown by Tutorial. START+SELECT+A+B returns to the title screen and can lose unsaved progress.
