Tōjin Makyō Den: Heracles no Eikō — About this game
Toujin Makyou Den: Heracles no Eikou sends Heracles across heaven, the mortal world, and the underworld in search of Venus. Conversations and special tools guide exploration, while battles use menu commands. Preparation includes more than restoring health: weapons wear when used, and shields and armor also deteriorate under attack. A blacksmith can repair them, and carrying several weapon types helps against different monsters. The original game's continuation relies on a revival spell obtained from the oracle, entered through Repeat. This entry describes the Japanese Famicom program, not a fan-translated ROM or a modern rerelease with additional save features.
