How to Play Hot Wheels: Highway 35 World Race
Quick start
Press START and choose League for the main progression, then enter the Rookie League, select an available car and begin the first race. Finish high enough to earn the points required for the next event and later leagues. Quick Race is available for immediate practice. Learn each bend before using both stored Nitrox2 boosts, and keep one for the final straight or a recovery after a mistake.
Controls
Use the Control Pad to steer; hold A to accelerate and B to brake or reverse. L activates a stored Nitrox2 boost or collected pickup, and R applies the handbrake on the ground. In the air, hold R with Control Pad directions to perform stunts. START pauses. Menus use the Control Pad, A to confirm and B to cancel.
