Move the selected human with the directional pad and switch people with the displayed selection command. Use the shown jump or tool action; check which way the character faces before a standing jump.

Build human towers for high ledges and use discovered tools such as spears, fire and ropes to handle animals, gaps and rival tribes. The upper-screen overview helps you plan before moving everyone. Each stage has several goals, so reaching the exit, finding an object and meeting a time target can all matter to the result.
