How to Play Idol Hotline: Nakayama Miho no Tokimeki High School
Quick start
Press START on the title, select NEW GAME using up/down or SELECT and START. Register your name with up to four letters using the cross button and A, and start your school life. In a conversation, select a command with up or down, press A to confirm, and press B to cancel. When asked, "What kind of expression do you want?", choose your expression from left or right. When in doubt, look back at the other person's face and the previous exchange. If you want to save halfway through, press START and follow the on-screen instructions.
Controls
Uses Controller I. Cross button up and down: Command selection. Left and right: Selection of facial expressions. A: Cursor determination of decision, object to examine, etc. B: Cancelled. START: Start of title/NEW GAME, guide to save during play. Items on the start menu can be selected using the top/bottom buttons or SELECT.
Idol Hotline: Nakayama Miho no Tokimeki High School — About this game
The protagonist transfers to Tokimeki Academy and bumps into a girl who looks exactly like his favorite idol in the hallway. The story progresses through an encounter at the school, with commands for conversations, moving places, and handing over belongings. The unique feature is that you can choose not only the content of the reply but also the facial expression when speaking. Even if you say the same words, if you approach the other person with a face that doesn't suit the situation, you will hurt the other person's feelings, so you need to carefully read the other person's expression and situation. Think about your choices of actions and how to convey your feelings, and gradually deepen your relationship. Please do not call the old number that appears on the screen, as the telephone linkage service at that time has been discontinued.
