Imagine: Resort Owner puts Emma in charge of Milton Paradise on Kuala island, with Matt providing advice. During each day, balance cleaning rooms, setting dinner tables and joining guest activities before time runs out. Earnings fund facilities and decoration, while satisfaction shows whether guests are being served well. Begin with a few arrivals and finish urgent requests before spending on expansion. Beach activities offer breaks from management, but keeping the hotel ready and organizing the workload remain central to developing a four-diamond destination.
