Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade — About this game
Taito's NES adaptation turns the search for the Holy Grail into several different challenges rather than one continuous platforming route. Indy can recover the Cross of Coronado aboard a ship, look for his father in Castle Brunwald, rescue Marcus from a tank and assemble a picture of the Grail in Venice. Between scenes, you choose which available lead to pursue; completing missions raises the difficulty of later ones. The Grail diary and the picture are more than story props: their clues help with the final temple and identifying the correct cup. Losing the diary opens a dangerous detour through Berlin, so keeping it safe matters.
