How to Play Jeopardy!
Quick start
Choose a subject or practice section and begin a short set. Read or listen to the prompt, complete the requested answer format and submit it. Review the correction before retrying a missed question or choosing the next set.
Controls
Touch a category and value, read the clue and use the displayed response panel. Choose an option when multiple choice is offered, or enter through the keyboard or handwriting mode when selected. Check the wager before confirming a special clue and follow the on-screen timing indicator.
Jeopardy! — About this game
Jeopardy! recreates the show's clue board, successive rounds and final wager on DS. Select a category and value, interpret the clue and supply the matching response through the selected difficulty's answer format. Easier choices help learn the presentation, while text entry rewards recognizing the precise word. A high-value clue can change your standing, so compare the wager with what you already hold before committing. Begin a short solo game at an approachable level, read the whole clue and review the answer after a miss. The questions are the cartridge's collected trivia rather than a live news feed. Begin with the opening instructions and practice the main interaction before pursuing optional rewards. Read the current objective, make one deliberate choice and watch its effect before repeating it. A short first session makes it easier to separate a missed instruction from a difficult challenge. Return to the available menu when you need to check progress or adjust your approach, then continue from the next clear objective.
