How to Play Junior Mystery Quest
Quick start
Start Rachel's first location and read the requested object list. Search one region at a time, collect a clear match and check the remaining objective. Inspect any acquired tool and read the next puzzle's instructions before using it to open the route.
Controls
Use the DS stylus to tap an object that matches the current request, then check that the list updates. Select available items or scene controls through the touch interface. A minigame such as the pirate-ship cannon challenge has its own aiming and action prompts; read these before starting.
Junior Mystery Quest — About this game
Junior Mystery Quest follows Rachel as she searches for her missing uncle. Illustrated scenes hide specific objects among clutter, and completing the requested finds advances a mystery linked by separate puzzles and minigames. One challenge uses a cannon to stop waves of pirate ships, changing the rhythm from close observation to aiming. Begin with the first scene's list and search one part of the picture carefully before selecting a find. Confirm what remains after the list changes, then read a new puzzle's rules instead of treating it like another object hunt. The story gives each search a reason while the DS touch interface handles the discoveries. Begin with the opening instructions and practice the main interaction before pursuing optional rewards. Read the current objective, make one deliberate choice and watch its effect before repeating it. A short first session makes it easier to separate a missed instruction from a difficult challenge. Return to the available menu when you need to check progress or adjust your approach, then continue from the next clear objective.
