How to Play Just Sing
Quick start
Create a profile and follow the microphone setup if requested. Choose an available solo song, listen to the opening beat and follow the lyrics and pitch guide. Finish one performance and inspect the result before changing costumes or attempting a challenge with fewer prompts.
Controls
Choose menus and songs with the DS touch interface, then sing into the DS microphone while following the lyric timing and pitch display. Aim to hold a steady note rather than simply making louder noise. DSi camera or recording options depend on compatible hardware and their own on-screen instructions.
Just Sing — About this game
The DS Just Sing follows an aspiring singer through a career built around karaoke performances. Select and style an avatar, read the lyrics and match the displayed pitch while singing into the handheld's microphone. Results move the stage journey forward, making the next performance a chance to improve steady notes and phrase timing. Begin with a familiar available song and listen before trying to sing every word at full volume. Compare your voice with the guide and finish a run to understand how it scores. Compatible DSi hardware adds options such as voice recording and a camera-fed video wall; the basic singing uses the DS microphone. Begin with the opening instructions and practice the main interaction before pursuing optional rewards. Read the current objective, make one deliberate choice and watch its effect before repeating it. A short first session makes it easier to separate a missed instruction from a difficult challenge. Return to the available menu when you need to check progress or adjust your approach, then continue from the next clear objective.
