How to Play Kabushiki Dōjō: The Stock Speculation
Quick start
Press START, select "Start" with the arrow pad, and press A to confirm. After setting the text speed, first go to the beginner course. The first goal is to increase the in-game 10 million yen to 12 million yen within 1 year and 6 months. Check the charts and data on the "Notable Meigara" and select the stock and number of shares from the "Kai" on the main screen. Orders are in units of 1,000 shares, so calculate whether it will fit within the cash amount, then select A, and when you are ready, proceed with "Next". Don't forget not only the target amount but also the condition of at least three transactions.
Controls
Cross button: Commands, stock selection, numerical settings such as number of stocks ordered. A: Decide, execute command, proceed to next screen. B: Return to previous operation, return to main screen from each screen. START: Start the game. SELECT: Invoke data save mode. To resume, select "Continue from previous" on the first selection screen.

"Stock Dojo Practical Edition" is a game for the Famicom that allows you to think about the timing and number of stocks to buy and sell based on past actual stock price data. In each course, ten stocks are selected from a set of stocks, and players trade while comparing charts and company data. As you move forward in time with "Next Step", the stock price and valuation of your holdings will change, so it is important to check not only the cash but also the entire balance and remaining period. There are five courses ranging from beginner to professional level, and students aim to pass by meeting financial goals and necessary trading conditions. The company name is hidden in the middle of the story, so it's fun to guess the brand from the materials. It is not a service that deals with the current market, but a simulation that plays with data from that time.
