How to Play Kagerou Densetsu
Quick start
Press SELECT on the title and select "START", then press the START button to confirm. Select the name of each of the three brothers using the cross button and press A to register. Once your journey begins, enter a nearby hut and listen to the story to find out your purpose. Press A on the map to open a menu where you can select ``Frog'', ``Shokuji'', or ``Save''. First, check the nearby area and practice your distance with the sword so that you don't use up all your shuriken in battle. Once you have obtained a technique, check the user and the technique using "Hitokaeru".
Controls
Map: Move with the cross button. Open the menu with A, select a command with the cross button, and confirm with A. Combat: Move left and right, jump above, A for sword, B for shuriken. For learned ninjutsu, use A and B in combination with either the top, right, or left. If you don't have enough ninja power, you can't use it, and using it will consume your ninja power. During battle, START is a pause, and SELECT is an escape.
Kagerou Densetsu — About this game
"Kagero Densetsu" is a work that combines top-down map exploration and side-view action combat that switches when you encounter an enemy. Three brothers who inherited their father's powers set out on a journey to a world of shadows ruled by demons. On the map, you visit towns, houses, torii gates, etc. to collect information and items, and in battle, you reduce the enemy's health by slashing with your sword or throwing a limited number of shuriken. As you gain experience, your physical strength and ninja power will increase, and the ninjutsu you discover will also help you in your strategy. However, since the person who can receive the technique is fixed, it is important not to continue using only one person, but to check the status of three people and the techniques they have learned. If your health decreases, you can use capsules to recover it, and in dangerous battles you will need to make the decision to run away.
