How to Play Kanshakudama Nage Kantarou no Toukaidou Gojuusan Tsugi

Quick start

Select "Hitori Game" with SELECT and depart with START. First, check out the high jump by moving left and right and holding A, and learn how far you can go without falling into the river. Before you get too close to the enemy, press B to throw a tantrum ball, and when your frontal attack is blocked, press down to crouch and press B to place it on the ground. It is important to look for items such as small coins, and if there is a place where you cannot proceed, consider what tools are missing. Don't force yourself to continue defeating enemies on the spot; watch your footing and move forward.

Controls

Kanshakudama Nage Kantarou no Toukaidou Gojuusan Tsugi — About this game

``The Fifty-Three Stations of the Tokaido of Kantaro Tanshaku'' is a side-scrolling action game in which the player evades a gang of unscrupulous merchants who are after a new method of manufacturing fireworks and returns to Edo. The weapon's tantrum ball flies in a heap, so it's important to consider the distance from the enemy when throwing it. For opponents who want to block bullets from the front, you can also crouch down and plant them on the ground, causing them to be caught in the explosion. By blowing up certain places, items useful for your journey will appear, and by collecting koban, you may be able to build footholds in places that cannot be crossed with normal jumps. Remember the momentum of your movements and the height of your jumps, and decide whether to fight or avoid them as you move forward. If you stay in the same place for a long time, the threats such as rocks and dogs increase, so it is not a safe journey just to keep defeating enemies.
