How to Play Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
Quick start
Choose New Game and follow Sora into Castle Oblivion. On the first floor, use a map card at a door to synthesize a room, defeat Heartless to earn more cards and work toward the marked event room that advances the story. In battle, cycle to a suitable attack card instead of repeatedly breaking your own sequence, and reload only when there is enough space. Save at a floor-between save point, or choose Quick Save when you must stop.
Controls
In the field, the Control Pad moves Sora, A swings the Keyblade or talks/examines, B jumps, START opens the menu and SELECT opens the world map. In battle, A uses the selected card, B jumps, L/R cycles the card reel, SELECT switches card categories and START pauses. Press L+R to stock a card; after stocking three, press L+R again to use the stack or sleight. Rapid Left/Right dodge-rolls, and holding A on the reload card restores the deck.
