How to Play Kiteretsu Daihyakka
Quick start
For the title, select "First Time" from the top and bottom and press A. After the prologue, when stage 1 begins, first check the left/right movement and A's jump. Collect lives and gold by hitting star blocks from below, and look for hints by climbing on TVs and crouching over phones. Once you find the encyclopedia, press down on it to check the items you will invent and the gold you will need. Select "Yes" and press A to confirm, and when the invention room screen appears, press A repeatedly to aim for 100% completion. At first, your goal is to create a "Kiteretsu Hell", and once your friends have joined, please use SELECT to call them as you progress.
Controls
Walk with left and right, and run with left and right + B. Stand up at the top and bend down at the bottom. If you are upside down, you will get off at the bottom. A is for jumping and swimming underwater. If you press Up + A when it touches the ceiling, it will stick upside down. Use the invention in B and call Korosuke and Miyo-chan with SELECT. START is a pause. Use the cross button to select whether to make an invention and press A to decide, and press A repeatedly during production. To enter a secret word, select a character using the top and bottom buttons, change the input position using the left and right buttons, and confirm with A.

``Kiteretsu Encyclopedia'' is an action game for the Famicom in which Kiteretsu is sucked into a broken dream mirror and searches for Korosuke, Miyo-chan, and the others. In addition to stepping on enemies to advance, you also walk stuck upside down on the ceiling and find your way through hints on the TV or phone. Crouch over the encyclopedia to enter the invention room and use the gold you've collected to create tools. The mechanism is to increase the level of completion by hitting A repeatedly, so it is important to prepare funds before attempting the challenge. The rescued companions will also move together, but if they hit the enemy, their lives will decrease, so use SELECT to call them in and check their footing. Falling off-screen not only affects life but also gold and inventions. To advance through all 5 stages, it is also important to invent "Kiteretsu Hell", which involves rescue in case of failure and passwords.
