How to Play Knight Move

Quick start

Load from side A, use the cross keys to select 1-PLAYER in the title, and press START to confirm. First, select A TYPE, set your favorite music, and get started. The knight jumps automatically, so instead of pressing A to accelerate, you'll feel like moving the landing point cursor with the left and right cross keys. The left side is counterclockwise, the right side is clockwise. Avoid the holes in the panels and head towards the heart, restoring the floor and proceeding to the next round.

Controls

D-pad left and right: Turn the night cursor that indicates the next panel you can move to (clockwise on the right, counterclockwise on the left). It is not an operation that allows you to freely walk up, down, left and right. Select items in the menu using the cross keys. A: Makes the knight move faster while pressed. START: Game start, pause/resume during play. B: Not used during normal play, press during pause to change song. SELECT: Not used. On the high score screen, you can enter your name using up/down and A/B, and if you want to keep a record, select DISK SAVE with left/right and press START to save.

Knight Move — About this game

This is a puzzle game where the knight automatically jumps on a board, and assembles a path while choosing the next landing point. The 32 panels change color each time you step on them, and when you step on them three times, they become holes. If you make a hole, you can score points, but if you fall, the game is over. It is important to balance aiming for a high score by drilling holes in a row and making decisions to leave safe destinations. In the single-player A TYPE, if you take one heart, the floor will be restored and you will advance to the next round, and in the B TYPE, you will need multiple hearts. The farther you go, the faster you move, so be sure to check where you're going to land before accelerating. In a two-player match, if you collect 5 hearts before your opponent or your opponent falls into a hole, you win that round, and the winner is determined by the first to win 4 rounds.
