How to Play Konami Classics Series: Arcade Hits
Quick start
Open SELECT GAME. Drag the gear or press up/down to highlight SCRAMBLE, then press A or touch its selection bar. Press SELECT to add a credit and START once at least one credit is available. Move with the D-pad, use B against airborne enemies and A for ground targets. Destroy FUEL targets to replenish fuel, then destroy the base target to clear the stage.
Controls
Default controls: menus use up/down, A to confirm and B to return; touch selection is also supported. SELECT inserts a coin, START begins and L+R together opens pause. In SCRAMBLE, D-pad moves, A launches missiles, B shoots and X continuously shoots and launches missiles. Controls can be changed, and supported sideways layouts alter them; check the instruction card after changing settings.

Konami Classics Series: Arcade Hits gathers 15 arcade titles on Nintendo DS with instruction cards, archive material and replay recording. The default view keeps the game above and its quick-reference card below. Each title preserves its own controls and goals: SCRAMBLE sends a spacecraft through a scrolling course, shooting airborne enemies and bombing ground targets while watching fuel. Destroying a FUEL installation restores the supply, and the base target marks the stage's finish. Settings and scores save automatically; recorded replays can be saved too, while the original collection does not save an unfinished game's progress.
