How to Play Track & Field II
Quick start
Start with Training and choose the triple jump or swimming. In the triple jump, tap A for speed and use B before crossing the line, then time the following B presses to the landings. In swimming, wait for the signal, tap A to swim and use B when oxygen runs low. Check the qualifying requirement, not just your placing. Record the passwords awarded after successful Olympic competition days.

Track & Field II — About this game
Track & Field II asks for more than fast button presses. Running events reward speed, but jumps need a clean takeoff and swimmers must stop to breathe. Other disciplines replace the sprint with aiming, steering or reading an opponent's reach. Training lets you choose an event and advance by meeting its qualifying requirement. The Olympic mode connects events into competition days, then medal rounds, with passwords issued after successful days. A separate VS mode offers fencing, taekwondo and arm wrestling against another player. Learning when to release a button or change direction matters just as much as building power.
