How to Play Konami Wai Wai World
Quick start
In the laboratory, press down in front of the first shutter to receive information, recovery, and passwords from the doctor. To depart, press down on shutter number 2, select your destination using the cross button, and press A to transfer. First, get used to the controls by exploring Edo and other places, and when you find the key, press down in front of your captured friends to rescue them. Switch between allies with Up + A, and press Down in the center of the transfer device to return. Before the interruption, return to the laboratory and note down your password.
Controls
Left and right: Move. Up and down: going up and down stairs. Bottom: Crouch, used at shutters and rescue points. A: Jump. B: Attack. Up + A: Change the hero you control. Down + A: Select attack item. START: Sub-screen to check your physical strength and belongings. After obtaining the cloak, Konami Man and Konami Lady fly by holding A. For shooting, use the cross button to move, B to shoot, and A to use the guided missile or rocket punch you have acquired.
Konami Wai Wai World — About this game
"Konami Wai Wai World" is an action game for the Famicom in which players expand their exploration range while rescuing captured heroes. At first, you will start out as Konami Man and Konami Lady, and you will also be able to control the friends you rescued. Special attack items must be picked up by the corresponding hero, and the strategy options will change as the number of players increases. You can collect information and recover in the laboratory, and once everyone is together, you can proceed to shooting with Big Viper and Twin Bee. While you can share roles with your friends when playing with two players at the same time, be sure to pay attention to each character's physical strength while exploring.
