How to Play The Legend of Kage 2
Quick start
Choose a character and check the selected control layout. Start the first mission, try a running jump and wall grip, then inspect the orb-synthesis options as you collect materials.
Controls
Default Type A: Control Pad moves, B jumps, A attacks nearby, Y uses the ranged weapon and X casts ninjutsu. L/R switch magic and START pauses. Other selectable layouts change the attack and jump buttons.
The Legend of Kage 2 — About this game
The Legend of Kage 2 follows two ninja rescuers through tall side-view stages spanning the DS screens. Kage fights with a blade and throwing stars; Chihiro uses a sickle and chain weapon, changing the reach of attacks. Dash into high jumps, cling to walls and ceilings and study a boss's openings rather than charging directly. Between missions, arrange collected elemental orbs to create ninjutsu. Begin with one character and practice a dash jump and wall grip in the opening mission before spending magic on a larger group.
