How to Play LEGO Batman: The Videogame
Quick start
Choose the hero story and first mission. Clear nearby henchmen, inspect loose bricks and build the indicated object. Switch between Batman and Robin when the obstacle needs a different skill.
Controls
The Control Pad moves, B jumps, Y attacks and A handles switches, building and special actions. X swaps the active partner; use L/R or the touch character selection when available in Free Play.

LEGO Batman: The Videogame begins a brick-built pursuit of Gotham's escaped villains. Fight henchmen, break scenery for studs and assemble useful LEGO objects, then switch the active hero to use the right skill. Special suits change which hazards or mechanisms Batman and Robin can handle, so examine a blocked route before attacking it repeatedly. Hero and villain stories offer different sides of the crime spree, while Free Play revisits stages with unlocked characters. Start the first hero mission and learn a simple switch-and-build puzzle; save harder collectible routes for a later visit with the required ability.
