How to Play LEGO® Pirates of the Caribbean The Video Game
Quick start
Choose New Game and select a save slot, then begin Story Mode. Follow the opening route, interact with objects and switch crew members when a special ability is required. After completing a level, revisit it in Free Play with a larger crew to search for collectibles.
Controls
Move with the Control Pad, jump with B, attack with Y and interact/use a special ability with A. L/R cycles characters. For ranged attacks, hold X, aim with the Control Pad and release X to fire. While swimming, A dives and B rises. The stylus taps, drags and selects on the Touch Screen. START pauses.

Set sail through LEGO versions of scenes from all four Pirates of the Caribbean films. The Port acts as the hub for story voyages and later visits to completed levels in Free Play. Different crew members have different abilities, so switching characters helps solve obstacles and uncover hidden Ship Bottles and studs. Combat includes close attacks and aimed ranged shots for characters carrying guns. Water also changes your movement: you can dive deeper or swim toward the surface. Spend collected studs on unlocked characters, hints and Red Brick extras at the shop, or customize a character at the tailor for Free Play.
