How to Play Little Nicky
Quick start
On the main menu, highlight START GAME with the D-pad and confirm with A. Read the characters’ directions and practise A jumps before rushing across gaps. Watch your energy near heat sources, use SELECT to choose an available power and B to activate it. Pause with START and record the current password before stopping.
Controls
Left/Right runs. Up enters an elevator; Down ducks or exits it. A jumps. SELECT chooses a power and B uses the selected power. For Evil Ray, hold B to charge and release to fire; the flask uses B directly. START opens the pause screen. Menus use the D-pad and A. Powers depend on what is available during the adventure.
Little Nicky — About this game
Heat is part of your movement and power management: fire sources replenish energy and improve Nicky’s ability to move through the stages. The power selector separates abilities such as the soul flask, Evil Ray and fiery burps; some obstacles call for a particular tool. The pause screen displays a progress password. A separate Visit Hell menu leads to five minigames, including shooting, darts and a face-building activity with original Game Boy Printer support.
