How to Play Little Patissier: Cake no Oshiro
Quick start
Press START on "PUSH START" on the title screen, and read the opening conversation with the A button. Komugi-chan and Usako will travel around Japan from Hokkaido to Okinawa, so start by rolling the dice and proceed through the map with the designated town's sweets shop as your destination. Collect materials and money at supermarkets and events along the way, and once you meet the apprenticeship requirements, enter the shop and try making your first sweets by following the displayed steps. Different ingredients are used for shortcakes, puddings, tarts, etc., so it's safe to check what ingredients you can buy on the go and read the on-screen instructions before rushing through the mini-games.
Controls
Use the cross button to move the cursor on the map or menu. Press START to start from the title, press the A button to proceed with the conversation, decide on an item, or perform the operations on the screen, and press the B button to return/return to the previous screen when displayed. The instructions for rolling dice, shopping, selecting recipes, and making sweets change on each screen, so please follow the button indications at that time. In the public video, we confirmed the flow of using A for conversations and decisions, but we cannot make any assumptions about the common assignment of all 20 types of cooking mini-games, L/R, SELECT, and poses because we could not confirm them in the instructions.
