How to Play Lost in Blue 2
Quick start
Choose Survive Together, then Start New and Jack or Amy. After the ship sequence, walk right along the beach to find your partner, then follow the opening events to the river and cave. Amy collects the first firewood; Jack's route shows her doing so. Use X and Make Item to combine a twig and bark into a fire starter. Face the cave's fire pit, press A, complete the lesson, cook and sleep to save.
Controls
DS: D-pad moves; hold B while moving to run, and use B to cancel. A searches, picks up items, talks, climbs or drinks according to position; X opens the submenu. Y uses an equipped tool or takes/releases your partner's hand when no tool is equipped, and pushes movable objects. L/R switches upper-screen information. Tap or drag for activity tasks; sleep saves normally and the submenu also offers Quick Save.
Lost in Blue 2 — About this game
Lost in Blue 2 lets you begin with either of its two castaways, making the same partnership feel different through each character's abilities and early scenes. Food, water, warmth and stamina still determine how far a trip can go, while tools and camp improvements reduce the burden of returning safely. Hunting, fishing, cooking and building use hands-on activities alongside exploration. Dangerous animals and recurring natural disasters add pressure beyond the daily supply run. Your partner can help with tasks and travel, but also needs care, so preparing the cave and leaving enough provisions remains part of every ambitious journey inland.
