How to Play Lost in Blue
Quick start
Choose Story Mode and an empty file to begin as Keith. Gather nearby coconuts, examine the cave northeast of the starting beach, then collect a twig and tree bark near the river. Make a fire starter from those materials and return to the cave to light a fire and sleep. On the next day, drink at the river and cross the stepping stones to reach Skye.
Controls
DS: D-pad moves; hold B to run, or use B to cancel in menus. A examines, gathers and performs contextual actions; X opens the submenu. Y uses an equipped tool, takes or releases a partner's hand, or pushes an object. L/R switches the upper display. Use the stylus for close-up tasks; the basic fire minigame alternates L/R before blowing into the microphone.
Lost in Blue — About this game
Lost in Blue starts with Keith alone on a beach and gradually turns a cave into a base for two castaways. Gathering food and firewood matters as much as discovering the next path: hunger, thirst and stamina must be watched before a long expedition. Skye helps with meals and camp tasks, but her damaged glasses mean Keith must guide her when they travel together. Materials become tools, fishing equipment and furniture that make daily life easier. Touch-screen tasks and microphone input bring hands-on work into the routine, while new routes and cooperative obstacles turn small improvements at camp into opportunities to explore farther.
