Luminous Arc 3: Eyes alternates academy scenes with grid-based battles. Daytime advances the main story and fights, while time with classmates develops relationships and opens character events. At the academy, use facilities and the alchemy workshop to prepare weapons before the next deployment. Growing close to a participating ally can earn a Zodiac Card for a Unison Strike when that ally stands beside the protagonist. Begin by learning movement and attack range in the first battle, then inspect academy choices afterward. Leave space for allies, check a skill's reach and prepare before ending the unit's action.
