How to Play Madden NFL 07
Quick start
Choose Play Now for an exhibition, select teams, rules and your controller side, then start. Call a straightforward running play first: snap with A, steer with the D-pad and sprint with A once a lane opens. For passes, bring up receiver symbols and tap a button for a lob or hold it for a bullet; on defense, switch with A and close down the carrier.
Controls
Running: D-pad moves, A sprints, B dives, L spins and R+D-pad jukes. Passing: A brings up symbols, then A/B/L/R throws—tap for lob, hold for bullet. Receiving: B selects nearest receiver, R catches, L dives. Defense uses D-pad to move, A to switch, B to sprint, R to dive and L to jump/raise hands. START pauses.
