How to Play Magnum Kiki Ippatsu: Empire City 1931
Quick start
Press START on the title, select "1: START" on the next screen, and start. The secret number displayed is related to the completion certification number for that episode, so make a note of it. When the game starts, move your aim in the direction indicated by the arrow and shoot with A when you overlap the enemy and the scope turns yellow. When the count reaches 0 or the sensor turns red, press B to defend. While looking at your life, look for boxes you can shoot and hidden bulletproof vests.
Controls
Cross button: Move the scope. A: Fires a magnum. B: Defense to evade enemy attacks (timing of pressing is important). SELECT: Select START/CONTINUE on the start screen. START: Start/pause and resume during play. For CONTINUE, use the cross to select alphanumeric characters for your password, press A to enter, press B to delete one character, and press START to confirm. After firing 10 shots, the magnum will not be able to fire for a few seconds as it reloads.

``Magnum Close Call: Empire City 1931'' is a single-player shooter that depicts Dean's struggle to be targeted by thugs in New York during Prohibition. Move the scope with the cross button, capture the enemy and fire the magnum. Read the arrows that indicate the enemy's direction and the count until the attack, and if you cannot afford to shoot back, you can get through with defense. Life is reduced not only by time, but also by firing and defense, so it is important to narrow down your aim rather than firing repeatedly. Bulletproof vests are hidden in each scene, and items necessary for scoring and conquering the game will appear from the fun box. As you progress through the rounds, look for the "game key" to enter the final big boss room.
