How to Play Major League Baseball 2K9 Fantasy All-Stars
Quick start
Begin with an available mini-game or an Exhibition. Practise tracing a pitch toward the plate, then time a stylus swing at an ordinary ball before adding power-ups. On defense, move toward the landing marker and draw the throw toward the appropriate base; attempt Fantasy Pennant after learning one inning.
Controls
Use the DS stylus to perform the displayed pitching and swing gestures. Adjust the path and timing instead of tapping as though every pitch were a button command. Follow the current touch instructions for throwing and baserunning, and read each mini-game's target before beginning.

The 2009 DS Fantasy All-Stars continues arcade baseball with real MLB teams in world-themed parks. Stylus gestures determine the technique and force of a swing as well as pitch speed and accuracy. Exhibition gives a short matchup, while eight fantasy pennants unlock stadiums and rewards. Eight mini-games provide focused activities, including Home Run Derby, Scenario, Target Practice and Cannonball Run. Begin with an ordinary exhibition inning or a simple target exercise and learn how your gesture changes the result before entering a tournament. The cartoon competition and original roster are preserved without promising access to the former Nintendo Wi-Fi service. Begin with the opening instructions and practice the main interaction before pursuing optional rewards. Read the current objective, make one deliberate choice and watch its effect before repeating it. A short first session makes it easier to separate a missed instruction from a difficult challenge. Return to the available menu when you need to check progress or adjust your approach, then continue from the next clear objective.
