How to Play Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2
Quick start
Choose Campaign and start a new game. Practise light and heavy attacks, then tap another hero to learn their powers. Save energy for special attacks and use a lit fusion icon with a compatible ally. At an extraction point press Y to review team choices.
Controls
The Control Pad moves, A performs heavy attacks, B light attacks, X jumps and Y grabs/throws/acts. Hold L to block; L plus a direction rolls. Tap special attacks or hold R with A/B/X/Y. Tap portraits to switch. Hold a lit fusion icon, drag to an eligible ally and release to fuse or revive. SELECT opens the map; START pauses.
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 — About this game
The superhero community is divided, and your campaign takes a position in the conflict involving Iron Man, S.H.I.E.L.D. and their opponents. Control a team of heroes, mixing light and heavy attacks with character powers that consume energy. Touch portraits to switch heroes and choose abilities to match the fight. Charged fusion icons let compatible allies combine powers or revive fallen teammates. Upgrade active and passive powers through Hero Details, then use extraction points to change the roster. Blocking, rolling and checking the map are as useful as attacking when a mission becomes crowded.
