How to Play Batman Returns
Quick start
Press 1 to start and choose a route. Clear nearby enemies with Batarangs, then practise grappling above the first safe ledges.
Controls
Left/right: move. Down: crouch. 1: Batarang. 2: jump; press again in the air to grapple. Up+2: grapple upward. On a rope, up/down climbs and left/right swings.
Batman Returns — About this game
Batman crosses Gotham streets, rooftops and sewers to reach the Penguin. Route choices change the early stages, while Batarang upgrades and the grappling hook help you handle enemies and high platforms. The Master System version gives no health bar: one hit costs a life, making safe landings and careful swings essential.
