How to Play Earthworm Jim
Quick start
Choose a difficulty from the options, then begin the game. In the opening area, practise moving, tapping 1 to whip and holding 1 to shoot. Use 2 to jump and again in the air for the helicopter motion before tackling long drops.
Controls
D-pad: move and face a direction. Tap 1: head whip. Hold 1: plasma fire; accelerate the rocket during the race. 2: jump; use while airborne for the helicopter head spin.
Earthworm Jim — About this game
An ordinary worm becomes an unlikely hero inside a powerful space suit. This Master System adventure mixes platform jumps with attacks that share one button: tap for a head whip or hold for plasma fire. That distinction matters when enemies close in or a target stands across a gap. Jim can spin his head in the air to slow a fall, giving you another way to approach awkward landings. Watch the suit's energy, collect supplies and judge each ledge before committing to a jump. Learning when to whip and when to keep firing is as useful as finding the route forward.
