How to Play Golden Axe Warrior
Quick start
Press 1 or 2 at the title, choose New Game and confirm with 2. Enter a name using the D-pad and 2, then select End. Speak to villagers and visit sages to save before exploring far from town.
Controls
D-pad: move/select; approach people from below with up to talk. 1: open/close the status screen or cancel. Select equipment on that screen; 2 uses the equipped weapon, item or magic and confirms menu choices. Console Pause: pause/resume.

Death Adder has hidden nine protective crystals in labyrinths across the land. Golden Axe Warrior follows a lone adventurer through towns, forests and dungeons, gathering equipment that opens new routes. Defeated monsters leave horns to spend in shops, while villagers provide clues and sages save your journey. Recover the crystals, find the Golden Axe and prepare for the enemy that ordinary weapons cannot defeat.
